• All orders are posted and delivered by Australia Post.
• FAST SHIPPING - We pack & post all in stock orders within 1-2 business days! During a sale event, it may take up to 3 days to post due to higher volume of orders.  
• Please check with the Australia Post website for their estimated shipping times. Orders are posted from Mount Barker SA 5251.
• Tracking is included for all our posted orders.

Your order will be prepared to be posted as soon as payment is complete, and we have a fast turnaround time with packing orders, they will be posted within 1-2 business days! Weekend orders will be posted Monday.  Shipping times may vary depending on where you live within Australia.  

Any orders with a ‘PRE-ORDER’ product will be sent altogether once that pre-order is available. Please check the pre-order’s turnaround times for delivery estimate.  If you wish for the other items to be sent first, please contact Lauren to organise a separate postage fee.

Any orders with a product that has a ‘TURNAROUND TIME’, the entire order will be sent altogether once that product has arrived. Please check the product’s turnaround times for order delivery estimate.

Postage costs are as follows:

Regular Postage - Flat rate of $9 postage within Australia (tracking included)
Express Postage - Flat rate of $12 within Australia (tracking included)
Orders $120 & over - FREE REGULAR POSTAGE within Australia

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY - Local area includes: Mount Barker, Littlehampton, Nairne, Hahndorf & Echunga.

For orders of $120 & over (after any discounts): I will post out to you for FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE with regular post! If an item in your order is a preorder or has a turnaround time, your whole order will be sent out altogether once this item arrives to Mini Haven.  Please pace separate orders if you wish for other items to arrive before the preorder.

For FREE local pick-up: Mini Haven will email or SMS you to organise a time for pick-up in Mount Barker, please enter the correct details at the checkout. Please let me know if you would prefer me to leave in my letterbox or at the front door to avoid social contact during COVID-19 isolation.

For FREE local delivery: Mini Haven will deliver your order personally within 24 hours, please enter the correct details (no PO box) including your phone number at the checkout.  Again we offer FAST DELIVERY by getting your order to you as soon as possible!
The local areas that are included: Mount Barker, Littlehampton, Nairne, Hahndorf, Echunga & Wistow SA.

At the checkout, please select the correct postage fee for your order, depending on the total (after discount).  If you choose the incorrect postage cost, Mini Haven have the right to hold the sale until the correct amount has been paid.  A refund can be organised if failure to accept extra postage cost.  Please ensure contact details and postal address information is spelt correctly.  Please check your email (also check your junk folder), a message will be sent if this is the case.

Express Postage - flat rate of $12 Australia wide. If your order is over $120, you are entitled to free regular postage, if you wish it to be express, then choose this option at the checkout.

Provides delivery confirmation with capture of signature at time of delivery. Add this product to your cart for your package for this action to happen on delivery. You must add $2.95 for Signature on Delivery if your item is valued above $500. You can find this option to add to your order under the category ‘Postage Extras’ in the drop-down menu.

Extra Cover - For extra peace of mind with your order, you can add Extra Cover. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) while it’s being couriered by Australia Post. You can buy Extra Cover in increments of $2 per $100, of your item’s specified value, up to a value of $5,000. You can find this option to add to your order under the category ‘Postage Extras’ in the drop-down menu.

INCORRECT ADDRESS - If package is returned to Mini Haven for the reason of incorrect address therefore unable to deliver, it is up to the customer to pay the postage fee for the package to be re-sent.
