If you believe your order is faulty in any way, please contact Lauren via email at lauren@minihaven.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will endeavour to help you out with any faulty items, but please be aware that most of the Mini Haven collection is handmade with love, so there may be slight differences from product to product. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Mini Haven is happy to consider an exchange of products if one of your products in your order is faulty.
Photo evidence of the possible faulty item will be required for Mini Haven to determine the solution.
If product is the wrong size, but measurements were supplied, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Returned items must be sent back in its packaging, tags still attached and unwashed.
If your order fails to be delivered as per the tracking information, please Lauren via email at lauren@minihaven.com.au and I will help you as much as I can to retrieve your order. Once a complaint is lodged with Australia Post, there will be a 2 week waiting time while we wait for a resolution.
